I ordered a pizza that wasn’t quite to my taste, and although I didn’t say anything, the staff noticed and checked in with me. When I told them, they were incredibly understanding—took it off the bill and even gave me a complimentary carbonara, which was delicious! The service was thoughtful and genuinely caring, which is why I’m giving five stars.

The best pasta in Manchester! The atmosphere was lovely, and I'm still thinking about the cheesy garlic bread. One of the members of our party was Coeliac, but all pasta dishes were available as gluten-free, so that was amazing.

We came to Don Marco twice during our stay in Manchester because the food was truly excellent, the place was calm and very charming. The meals were delicious — we tried the Caesar salad, the lasagna, and the pizza as main courses. For starters, we had the garlic cheese pizza and the burratas. Everything was simply delicious! The value for money was outstanding, and the service was flawless. We highly recommend this place!

Seriously delicious food! Super quick service. Loved our food but sitting outside was super noisy and the heaters were very warm! We’re definitely planning on coming again though but we might choose to sit inside

We had an absolutely lovely meal here last weekend and were blown away by the quality of the food, service and the atmosphere. The first thing I loved was that part of the restaurant was outside in an arcade, with heated lamps. It gave our meal a really cool vibe and I enjoyed the open air feel that there was. The service, from start to finish, was wonderful and I was so impressed with how much time and attention went into our whole experience. Lastly, the food was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were great and I had asked for a recommendation for a pasta, where our server mentioned the chili and seafood pasta and it really was amazing. The desserts and wine were just as good too! I would definitely recommend a visit here as it's some of the best Italian food I've had since Italy!

I'd definitely recommend Don Marco which has a lovely traditional setting. A superb Italian with good food, great customer service and all made for a relaxing meal. Just disappointed we had to dash before trying a desert. Will hopefully return next time we're in the area!

In a nutshell: good food, attentive waiter, good atmosphere, 5/5 would dine again. The courtyard area was a very pleasant dining area during the summer, with some sunshine coming through, and yet a gentle breeze brining the heat away. The starter I had was very well seasoned, the portion of king prawn was generous, and the bread underneath soaked up all the flavours of the sauce, making it a perfect combination. The pizza was also very well executed with the right balance of mozzarella and spices. In my opinion the crust could be charred a tad bit more to create that crispy feeling, but the pizza was delicious as it was.
